Meet the Doctors
Dr.Patricia Anastasio, M.D.,F.A.A.P.
Dr Anastasio was raised in South Florida and enjoys it's outdoor activities so much (running marathons, biking, scuba diving, etc) that she decided to never leave! She received her BS in Biology from the University of Miami, and then her Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa. After completing her Pediatric Residency back in Miami at Jackson Memorial Hospital in 1995, she then moved to Boca Raton where she has been in general private practice ever since.  She is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and has now been on staff at West Boca Medical Center and Boca Raton Regional Hospital for 20 years and counting! She is an affiliate professor at FAU school of medicine and also serves on several committees there including Health & Wellness.  "Dr Patty" (as she is affectionately called by many of her adoring patients) has a passion for fitness and nutrition, and loves educating her families on how to live a healthful lifestyle. She also enjoys giving back to the wonderful community where she grew up by volunteering her time, and raising money for a variety of children's charities in the area.
Dr. Josie Stone, M.D.,F.A.A.P. 
Dr. Stone attended medical school at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, did her internship at All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg and completed her Residency at Schneider Children's Hospital in New York where she served as chief resident of Pediatrics. Dr. Stone moved back to Florida in 1998 where she practiced Pediatrics in a large group until June 2009 when she started Advanced Pediatrics of Boca with Dr. Anastasio and Dr. Moore. She sees patients from newborn to age 18 and has a special interest in children with developmental disorders. She is board certified in pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Stone is a wife and the mother of three beautiful daughters, has participated in several triathalons, including an Ironman in 2014 and is now enjoying mountain biking.
Dr. Celina Moore, M.D., F.A.A.P.  
Dr. Moore completed her undergraduate studies at Loyola College of Maryland where she majored in French literature. She continued her studies at the Univeristy of Madrid Complutense School of Medicine and ultimately finished medical school in Guadalajara, Mexico. She completed her pediatrics residency at Miami Children's Hospital. She practiced in a large group in Boca Raton for several years before she started Advanced Pediatrics of Boca along with Dr. Anastasio and Dr. Stone in 2009. Dr. Moore serves as the chair of the Department of Pediatrics at West Boca Medical Center. She is also an affiliate professor at FAU School of medicine and is involved in educating medical students. She is board certified in pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has a special interest in genetic disorders and syndromes and is fluent in Spanish and French. Her greatest accomplishment is her three beautiful children; Celina, Gabriela, and Fernando.
Dr. Coley Sheriff Rosenfeld, M.D., F.A.A.P. 
Dr.Rosenfeld grew up in Boca Raton and attended the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences. She received her medical degree from Florida State University and completed her pediatrics residency at Washington University in St.Louis. She is board certified in pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics as well as the AOA Medical Honor Society.  She is also certified in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Her special interests include sports medicine, nutrition, and Type 2 diabetes. Dr.Rosenfeld welcomed her first child, Ben, in September 2015 and her second, Max, in March 2018. Her hobbies include hiking, running, and traveling.

Dr. Susan Laufer M.D., F.A.A.P 
Dr Laufer is a physician, Board Certified in Pediatrics, current with Maintenance of Certification and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  She has over 20 years of experience, yet strives to maintain a modern evidence based perspective, and to stay up to date on the management of pediatric health maintenance as well as pediatric illness.  She has been awarded the American Academy of Pediatrics CME/CPD Award-in recognition of 150 or more AAP CME Activities earned; this exemplifies commitment to self- directed learning in Pediatrics. She received her Bachelors of Arts, cum laude from Cornell University.  She then studied medicine at the University of South Florida with Dr Anastasio and Dr Stone.  She completed her residency training in Pediatrics at Emory University in Atlanta.  She returned to South Florida with her husband, where they raised their son and daughter.  Her career path includes many years’ experience in pediatric emergency, urgent care and hospitalist medicine.  She developed an interest and expanded her knowledge in the management of pediatric asthma and acute illness.  She then returned to primary care medicine, and now enjoys helping and watching families to grow healthy and strong. She enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs, exploring nature, gardening, photography and traveling.
